Hey there Friend, How are you doing?
Time to get ready for the real battle!!
But, first of all, I hope you got something from the meditation! If you haven’t been able to listen to it, here it is again:

During these challenging times, many of us are isolated at Home, worried, maybe there is fear and anxiety. But it is also an opportunity to practice and ground ourselves at Home - how can we use this as a way to accelerate our growth? To find a time of reflection, healing and finding inner peace in the midst of turmoil.
I’m struggling a lot at the moment with deeply embedded pain and panic structures in my body. Also challenged with my business and with physical and mental-emotional pain that seems to make life hell a lot of the time. And yet I want to be there to support others and support the spirit of Breath of Life and my mission of making this world a better place!
Are these mutually exclusive, or can we find a way to transcend our suffering and channel it into something good for the world - our mess becoming our message?
I believe that.

In order to achieve our goals, we all have a mountain to climb. When we climb the mountain of our life mission and our challenges, we must find the means, we must keep going - when going through hell, don't stop!
Someone once said: Buddha was the biggest loser ever before he became enlightened”. He tried everything, almost died of starvation, and then, the moment came, when it all became clear!
(*tune in, Johnny Cash "I can see clearly now"*)
To paraphrase The Buddha: 'Dude, life is a great deal of suffering', and 'Dudes, I found a way to break free from suffering!' And this is where it begins: seeing the possibility of overcoming our challenges, of winning the battle.
I believe we are here for a reason, and that our challenges are there to make us grow - this very moment, is the Buddha, the path of awakening and awareness.

We must face our demons with a great deal of love. The love must be stronger than the challenge. This is the real battle within!
If you are in a dark space right now - don't fret! A Chinese saying has got your back: 物极必反 (Wùjíbìfǎn), meaning when things reach an extreme, they can only move in the opposite direction!
Hence, life is filled with ups and downs. When you reach a wall, keep going, if that doesn't work. Try something new! If there is a will, there is a way.
However, on top of every mountain, is a new plateau, and as Bruce Lee said: We must not stay there, but keep going!
But now, enough with the idioms :P
Over to you:
My questions to you, Friend, are:
What challenges are you undergoing right now?
And what has supported you on your journey in overcoming them?
What is your life mission, or how can you use these challenges in order to support others and share a gift of light into the world?
Every day, we get ready, to bring our light into the world!
Look forward to meeting you on top of the mountain!
All the best to you and your life adventure!
Sebastian
